This section contains a variety of practical tools to support good conversations about moving more. As with everything the key to moving more is it having a purpose – why do you want to move more? It could be so that you feel better (less stiff or have more energy), sleep better, be more able to do day to day tasks for yourself, or keep doing the things that are important to your wellbeing.
It can be hard to get started on your own though, these tools might help you
work out what is right for you to help you move a little more today, and keep
moving just a little more every day after that.
